About the Recipes
We only share recipes that we actually make at home and is on our menu rotation. Our recipes use only 10 ingredients or less (optional ingredients are not counted), 1 pan or pot, and without processed food, and ready in about 30 minutes or less.
Important note: We believe in eating healthy and promoting overall wellness. However, we believe there’s no reason to make food substitutions in our home when no one in our family has dairy, gluten, soy and other sensitivities. We strive to make healthier decisions by avoiding processed food, eating more fruits and vegetables, and choosing organics when available and affordable.
I’m the one-woman show behind Mango + Paper. I served in the Air Force (Active Duty) for 11 years within the US and overseas. Currently, I’m a full-time federal employee and military member of the Massachusetts Air National Guard. I live in Plymouth, Massachusetts with my husband and two young children.

I’m a native of northern California, while my husband is a native of northern Massachusetts. We currently live in the south shore of Massachusetts and are proud to call—beautiful and historic—Plymouth our home.
