About the Recipes
Our formula for stress-free cooking:
- minor-to-zero prep with 10 ingredients or less (optional ingredients are not counted)
- minimal cleaning with 1 pan or pot
- ingredients using unprocessed food
- ready in about 30 minutes or less
Important note: We believe in eating healthy and promoting overall wellness. However, we don’t make food substitutions in our home when no one in our family has dairy, gluten, soy and other sensitivities. We strive to make healthier decisions by avoiding processed food, eating more fruits and vegetables, and choosing organics when available and affordable.
I’m the one-woman show behind Mango + Paper. I served in the Air Force (Active Duty) for 11 years within the US and overseas. Currently, I’m a full-time federal employee and military member of the Massachusetts Air National Guard. I live in Plymouth, Massachusetts with my husband and two young children.

I’m a native of northern California, while my husband is a native of northern Massachusetts. We currently live in the south shore of Massachusetts and are proud to call—beautiful and historic—Plymouth our home.
